7 IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
1-We have a minimum requirement of 25 people for our services.
2-Our buffet service includes food warmers and also offers installation and dismantling of the buffet. This ensures you can enjoy your event without worrying about logistics, providing a hassle-free experience for you and your guests.
3-Additional fees for on-site staff service (if deemed necessary) will be added. This measure ensures professional execution and quality service to make your event even more memorable.
4-Additional travel fees apply for distances exceeding 15 km. We are located in Saint-Lazare, and it's possible that you may be in an area where we do not offer hot buffet service.
5-Tableware, cutlery, tablecloths, and napkins are not included in our buffet service. These items can be provided for an additional fee.
6-We believe that hot buffet service is less demanding than table service or cocktail dining. Therefore, we include an additional tip of 8% on the invoice, represented as service fees. Rest assured that our service always remains at 100%, regardless of the situation.
7-We can accommodate most restrictions and allergies, except for severe cases of celiac disease where an individual refrains from dining out due to gluten contamination concerns. In this situation, we recommend placing a specific order for that person through one of our recommended caterers, ensuring complete kitchen disinfection to eliminate any risk of gluten contamination. Additional fees will be added for any modifications to bites to ensure careful management of allergies or restrictions, recognizing the effort and stress involved.
