4 IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

1.We have a minimum requirement of 25 people for our buffet service

2.Tableware, cutlery, tablecloths, and napkins are not included in our buffet service. However, these items can be provided for an additional fee.

3-Our buffet service includes the delivery and retrieval of wooden trays within a radius of less than 15 km from our location in St-Lazare. Please inform us if your location exceeds this distance. Additional charges apply for longer distances, and certain areas may not be covered. Thank you for your understanding.

4-We can accommodate most restrictions and allergies. However, for severe cases of celiac disease, where the individual avoids restaurants due to gluten contamination concerns, we recommend placing a separate order for that person through one of our recommended caterers. These caterers ensure complete kitchen disinfection, eliminating any risk of gluten contamination. Additional charges will be applied for any modifications to bites to ensure careful management of allergies or restrictions, recognizing the effort and stress involved.

Choose our hot buffet service, a perfect selection to warm up the atmosphere of your event.

7 IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

1-We have a minimum requirement of 25 people for our services.

2-Our buffet service includes food warmers and also offers installation and dismantling of the buffet. This ensures you can enjoy your event without worrying about logistics, providing a hassle-free experience for you and your guests.

3-Additional fees for on-site staff service (if deemed necessary) will be added. This measure ensures professional execution and quality service to make your event even more memorable.

4-Additional travel fees apply for distances exceeding 15 km. We are located in Saint-Lazare, and it's possible that you may be in an area where we do not offer hot buffet service.

5-Tableware, cutlery, tablecloths, and napkins are not included in our buffet service. These items can be provided for an additional fee.

6-We believe that hot buffet service is less demanding than table service or cocktail dining. Therefore, we include an additional tip of 8% on the invoice, represented as service fees. Rest assured that our service always remains at 100%, regardless of the situation.
